FAQ

Asked, answered.

How do payments actually work?
AntSeed uses payment channels on Base. You deposit USDC once, your buyer proxy opens a channel with us, and every request is metered in tokens and micro-settled inside the channel — no per-request gas fees. Close the channel anytime; unspent funds return to your wallet. Neither side can cheat: the protocol signs usage receipts both ways.
Why are you always at most 50% of Venice list?
Because that is the product. Our cost is the live Venice-backend market (Venice direct plus its marketplace), we add five points of Venice list, and we hard-cap at half of list. The promise is repriced every 15 minutes and checkable row by row on the price board.
Do you log my prompts?
No. Request/response bodies are never persisted. We keep operational metadata (model name, token counts, latency, error codes) for routing, billing and capacity planning. Transport between your proxy and our node is E2E encrypted by AntSeed (WebRTC + Noise). Details on the privacy page.
What happens when a model is overloaded or fails?
We route through backup capacity automatically — the failover is invisible to your tool. If something still errors, message @apex_ant and we'll sort it out.
A model I need is missing — can you add it?
Usually within a day. Message @apex_ant with the model name; if any of our upstream capacity partners carry it, we list it and reply with the price.
What is the Apex Crypto Agent?
A beta research SKU served from the same node: an on-chain investigator with live tools — wallet intel, token due diligence, smart-money tracking, Polymarket positioning, safety scans. Priced $1.50/$4.50 per 1M in/out with a $5 starting intel budget. Model id apex-crypto-agent.
